7. Locations, access and permissions
Unless agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for obtaining permission to photograph or film at the selected location.

- Event accreditation
- Government or municipal permissions
- Drone permissions
- Motorsport or track access
- Factory and industrial-site permissions
- Model or employee releases
- Product, trademark or artwork permissions
- Safety clearances
Additional location, travel, parking, accommodation, access or permit costs may be charged separately.
8. Safety and production conditions
We may postpone, suspend or stop production where conditions are unsafe, unlawful or materially different from those disclosed.
This may include:
- Hazardous weather
- Unsafe industrial operations
- Inadequate protective equipment
- Restricted access
- Dangerous driving or motorsport conditions
- Threats to crew, equipment or participants
- Missing permissions
- Instructions that would violate law or professional safety standards
Any resulting rescheduling, cancellation or additional expense will be handled under the applicable project agreement.
9. Fees and payments
Project fees will be stated in the applicable quotation, proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- A booking or advance payment may be required
- Production will not begin until required payments are received
- Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding amounts are paid
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately
- Travel, accommodation, permits, rentals, talent, music licences and other third-party costs may be additional
- Applicable taxes will be charged where required
- Delayed payments may affect production and delivery schedules
Payments already made may be non-refundable where they cover reserved dates, planning, third-party commitments or completed work, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.
10. Changes to scope
Requests that materially change the agreed production may require:
- A revised quotation
- Additional production time
- Additional crew or equipment
- A revised delivery date
- Additional fees
- A written change order
Examples include:
- Additional shoot days
- New locations
- Extra deliverables
- New formats or aspect ratios
- Reshoots
- Major editing changes
- Additional revision rounds
- Expedited delivery
- Raw-file delivery
- New usage or licensing requirements
We will communicate material changes before proceeding where reasonably possible.
11. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated in the project quotation or agreement.
Depending on when a project is cancelled or postponed, the client may remain responsible for:
- Planning and pre-production already completed
- Reserved production dates
- Non-refundable deposits
- Crew commitments
- Equipment rentals
- Location fees
- Travel and accommodation
- Third-party cancellation charges
- Other expenses already incurred
Weather-dependent, motorsport, outdoor and event projects may require specific contingency terms.
12. Creative direction and approvals
We will produce the work in accordance with the agreed brief while retaining reasonable professional and creative discretion.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving:

- Scripts
- Storyboards
- Shot lists
- Selections
- Draft edits
- Text, names and factual details
- Final deliverables
Approval of a production stage may limit the ability to make substantial changes later without additional fees.
13. Revisions
The number and type of revisions included will be defined in the quotation or agreement.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Revisions must remain within the approved brief
- Feedback should be clear and consolidated
- Additional revision rounds may be charged separately
- A new creative direction after approval may be treated as additional work
- Changes requested after final approval may incur further fees
- Delayed feedback may affect delivery schedules
14. Delivery
Deliverables may be provided through:

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:

The client should download and securely back up final files within the stated availability period.
15. Raw files and unused material
Unless expressly included in writing, the client does not automatically receive:

- Source files
- Unselected images
- Unused takes
- Working drafts
We are not required to retain raw files or project materials indefinitely.
Retention periods, archival services and source-file delivery may be agreed separately.
16. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- Kreatif Studio Works retains ownership of its website, branding, designs, written content and production materials
- Copyright in commissioned photography and films remains subject to the agreed project terms
- The client receives only the usage rights expressly granted in the quotation, licence or agreement
- A licence does not transfer ownership unless expressly stated
- Unauthorised copying, resale, sublicensing, editing or redistribution is prohibited
Usage rights may be limited by:

- Territory
- Duration
- Campaign

- Third-party use

Expanded usage may require additional written permission and licensing fees.
17. Third-party materials

- Studio promotion
Confidentiality, embargoes and restrictions on portfolio use should be agreed before production begins.
Where a project is confidential, the applicable written confidentiality terms will prevail.
19. Client-supplied materials
The client confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide and authorise use of materials supplied to us.

- Logos

- Videos
- Music
- Brand assets
- Artwork
- Product designs
- Scripts
- Locations
- Personal likenesses
- Trademarks
The client is responsible for claims arising from materials or instructions supplied without appropriate rights, subject to applicable law and the project agreement.
20. Website portfolio
The website displays selected work for demonstration and promotional purposes.
You may not download, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially use portfolio content without written permission from Kreatif Studio Works and any other applicable rights holder.
Social-media sharing using the website’s official sharing functions is permitted where the original attribution and link remain intact.
